Dare 21 - Scrap Your Own Childhood Photo
Many of us get into scrapbooking after the birth of a child so that we can remember all those special moments in their childhood right? So what about our own childhood? Sure a lot of us still probably have old scrapbooks hidden away somewhere filled with cards and pictures we drew etc. But how would you go about scrapbooking your own childhood photo right now with the tools and supplies available to us now?
So come on share a layout with us that's all about you in your childhood (let's make it under the age of 10). Don't forget if there's only one copy of the photo it might be a good idea to use a copy of it on your layout rather than the original. That's what I did here, my Mum has this photo in an album so I scanned it at high resolution and then i could enlarge it to the size i wanted and also do the smaller pic which i cropped and desaturated.
The prize for this draw is sponsored by Scrapbook Studio (formerly Scrapbooking By Design) so thanks Lisa for your awesome support!
The deadline for sharing your layouts with us is Wednesday 23rd May by 6pm. You can email them to Lianne at RANDLGRAY@xtra.co.nz (100kb or less) or leave us a comment in this post that will link us back to your LO.
Looking forward to everyone's creations!
Andrea

Very cool idea for a dare....
dont remember if I posted, but I did the challenege. it's in my blog. I enjoyed this one. It was me warning/telling my baby self what she'd experiance in her life.
1974 eh? So you're just a young buck then! Lucky you having baby photos - I am from a (slighty older!) generation where photos weren't a huge part of life. Great dare BTW - might have to participate using the one and only pic I've got of me!
Great idea for a challenge - and I love the layout :)
This was a great challenge! I've emailed Lianne my layout but here's a link so that you can all see it :)
